"I think the maternity leave benefits are great, and I've also seen multiple women keep leadership positions while transitioning to working 4 days a week to care for children. "

"I can't imagine another corporation that would support me as much as Capital One does in terms of flexibility and benefits. Having two kids, husband deployed overseas and a full-time job is tough but Capital One makes it all work. If you are looking for an employer that not only says but does - look no further, honestly."

"Capital One genuinely values a diversity of opinions and insights and experiences. Whether you are a woman, a man, a person of color, someone with a traditional background, someone with a unique education-- everyone brings value to the table. Because of that, you are expected to bring your whole self to work-- all parts of you. New mothers can join conference calls while pumping in our Mother's Rooms, women aren't dismissed or man-splained to in meetings, and our pay and benefits are competitive. Most importantly, though, is that our overall culture is just one of acceptance of you-- because of your experience, not in spite of it. "

"Work/life flexibility is amazing. Capital One wants you to do the best work of your life while employed here, but they also know that work isnt the most important thing in most of our lives. There is flexibility to volunteer, be present at your kids' events, work from home, and still do incredibly meaningful work. Flexibility is possibly Capital One's best asset. "

"I've become a foster mom this year which has taken me out of the office more than I expected. I've been able to work flexibly and manage to get my work done in my own time without the guilt of not always being in the office during core business hours. Plus I got parental leave to help with the transition. It's been nice to not have to worry about work when you are taking on such a challenging role in your personal life. "
