"I have the flexibility to accommodate daycare pickup/drop off schedules, pediatrician visits, and the occasional sick child day without any fuss -- in return, my team expects me to be a professional and meet my deadlines. We have great respect for one another's needs in and out of the balance."

"I haven't taken maternity leave but will be this summer. Looking forward to spending 18 weeks (of paid leave) with my new baby. At my previous employer, I had 5 weeks of leave at 60% of my salary (it was awful). "
