"We have amazing maternity leave! 18 weeks fully paid that can be taken in 2 week increments. There is also a lot of work flexibility so that you aren't stressed about school/daycare pickup and drop-off or if your child is home sick. (Men receive 8 weeks paid paternity leave!)"

"The organization recognizes the need to have more woman represented at on the Executive Committee, Board, and high leadership roles. We are trying to make moves to get there, albeit takes time. "
