"Capital One has empowered me to have a fulfilling career and be a present parent. I experienced generous maternity leave with both of my children, a very comfortable mother's room for pumping when I got back, and plenty of flex time for sick kids or school plays. I also feel like my contributions are valued here and being a mom has never hindered my career growth. In fact, a few years ago I was promoted the day I returned from maternity leave! I just don't think it gets better than this as a working mom!"

"More so than any other employer, this company values flexibility and work/life balance - things like family, your health, etc. are prioritized above work. They strive to be the best, but not at the expense of your outside life."

"On top of all of the benefits Capital One has as a company, they truly seek to develop their associates. Even if in the worst case scenario you begin to feel like the job isn't for you, they will work their butt off to get you into another role within the organization that interests you and that will help you be successful. "

"In addition to the work hour flexibility on a day-to-day basis, Capital One's support for the military is phenomenal. I'm a marine spouse, and Capital One has always supported any flexibility I needed without a question (including last minute trips to see my marine before he takes off). "
