"Communicate with the hiring manager and the existing team to make sure that team is align with the "typical" Capital One culture, there are rare exceptions that are not."

"Capital One values work life balance for both men and women. I find as a woman, I am able to create my daily hours around important events such as doctor appointments, school activities, and career enhancing networking events. "

"Some pockets like HR, Marketing etc are very female heavy, others female representation is much more scarce. This feels pretty typical"
