"Capital One is a truly great place to work - great Mission, culture, benefits, and people. I don't believe there is consistent equality of pay or promotion across the company, but we have leadership and a culture that is striving to change that. You can be a part of making the change, while also having a great career with a company unlike any other. "

"It will come down to the individual situation, but in my own experience and in what I see happening throughout the company, we have a flexible work culture that allows associates to work where and when they can, as needed. Parents might leave work early to pick up their kids, then will log on back at home. Associates will do a work-from-home day when school is cancelled or when they have an appointment - doctor, dentist, or salon! If you're traveling for the weekend, you might have the option to work remotely on Friday or Monday, which could make your tip feel longer or allow you to book cheaper flights. "

"Be authentic, continue to dream big, seek both male and female mentors and be a mentor yourself, participate in meetings and share your opinions, don't hesitate to ask questions, provide constant actionable feedback, and truly appreciate Capital One's culture and environment as not all companies allow you to just run your own race."

"Today is my 19 year anniversary with Capital One. I have seen it grow more and more every year. I am thankful for my benefits and the flexibility to work from home when needed. Capital one has amazing leave options for working mothers and a wonderful new and improved adoption assistance and support group. I am very proud to work for Capital One! "
