"Capital One Auto Finance respects breastfeeding mothers rights to pump for their babies while at work. They have at least 2 mothers rooms per floor per building. Also, COAF has a free onsite clinic for you and your family if one of you were to get sick."

"The corporate policies are great but the culture In the commercial bank doesn't respect them. Do a lot of research on the team you are considering because the culture varies widely. "

"Work-life flexibility is encouraged, you have the ability to design you work life around your home life as needed in most areas. It is a bit of a political environment and easy to see how some get out of balance when trying to get promoted. Overall, it is a great place to work that is supportive of associates."
