"Great company for work-life balance, bad for career growth. Things are slowly changing for the better, but it will take a while for women to really have the same opportunities as men."

"Excellent parental leave and family-friendly policies; flexible work schedules; ability to go to part time as needed; more women slowly getting promoted to leadership; maternity leave never been a hinderance to promotion"

"Family friendly cultur, but need to be a work horse to get promoted. If you choose to focus on family, you can sustain a reasonable balance at work but would have to give up growth"
