"Depending on the department, you could be very happy here. If you are in the Brand or Creative department, prepare to be in the "bro" club or not advance your career at all. "

"Overall it's a great company to work for, and some people spend their entire careers here. Experiences can very widely, however, based on your department/manager. Some managers are way more flexible than others with WFH policies, etc. There is also a visible lack of women in executive positions. "
