"Overall it's a great company to work for, and some people spend their entire careers here. Experiences can very widely, however, based on your department/manager. Some managers are way more flexible than others with WFH policies, etc. There is also a visible lack of women in executive positions. "

"Working here has been a blessing. I just went on 18weeks of maternity leave. I get to work from home due to the pandemic and still raise my kid. And they understand that I am watching my baby and are flexible as long as show them I am completing my duties. I was able to be promoted within a year of working for them. I enjoy what I do and I love how open to communicating within the team. "

"Capital One is highly invested in developing their employees' talents, keeping us mentally balanced, and compensating employees at or above the market rate. Continuous learning is at the forefront of their principals. There is an inclusive culture that has become much more diverse in terms of women in tech teams and leadership."
