"They are not that advanced in mitigating unconscious gender bias. Women are not promoted as quickly as men. Little women are in senior analytics roles because they have all left."

"As long as you "stay in your lane" and don't try to take initiative to start new things or try new ideas without "the man's" approval, you will be fine."

"The culture and work environment is amazing! I loved the team I was working with and I enjoyed what I did when I worked at Capital One. Everyone is treated the same. There are breast feeding rooms on every floor of the building and the maternity leave is 26 weeks paid"
