"While this is a great place for mothers to work, its an aggressive culture. You are expected to perform well above the duties of your role. Twice a year, you are calibrated against your peers to determine bonus, raise etc. Personally, I think this is unfair, as every team functions differently and every person has different responsibilities. For example, as an admin, you may not be able to work on an "outside the box" project if you're in the middle of planning multiple events.
On the plus side, most managers respect that you have a life outside of work and are flexible if you need to WFH to care for an ill child. Excellent benefits. "

"Capital One has great work/life balance with competitive time off, work from home options and plenty of flexibility. The benefits and compensation are also highly competitive. Although there is a relatively diverse workforce here, there's definitely a lack of women and minorities in leadership positions. "
