"Currently on maternity leave and so far so good. My manager has respected my leave since I have been off. Generous benefits for parents - both mom and dad - when will help promote equality."

"Capital One has great work/life balance with competitive time off, work from home options and plenty of flexibility. The benefits and compensation are also highly competitive. Although there is a relatively diverse workforce here, there's definitely a lack of women and minorities in leadership positions. "

"Capital One as a whole is an incredibly challenging and technically innovative place to work. The work is fascinating and never boring. Capital One is a great place to work in terms of having gender and racial diversity on the surface as well as company wide policies that benefit women, but continues to have a bro culture and issues with favoritism towards white heterosexual men especially when it comes to promotions and assignments."
