"Women in leadership is something you don't see very often. In lower management roles, they are more prominent, as you go up the ladder, it is the proverbial good ol' boys club"

"Benefits are pretty good, but I think it is very male dominated and can be hard to get ahead. We value diversity, but I struggle with not offering a better maternity leave policy to combat the number of technical women who leave with the birth of a child."

"I have worked here for over thirty years. In that time I've heard a lot of talk about women's progress and the importance of diversity but not seen that show up in the reality of our workforce other than a few higher level appointments that felt forced. It feels like a very macho company where visible heroics for mid level managers - spending hours at work and travelling and are expected and valued over calmly doing a good job and achieving great results during normal working hours. They also feel resistant to leading change e,g, in policies, flexibility, typically want to follow others very very slowly and perceived stigma definitely exists if you appear to use the flexible policies that are available,"
