"Think long and hard about what you want to sacrifice to go to Caterpillar. Once upon a time rewarding careers were offered. Now, not so much. The workforce is dwindling and the people with 7 years or less experience outnumber those with more"

"While a lot of men exist at the company (due to a high number of skilled labor that industry wise are male dominated), I have found the corporate culture to be very woman focused and supportive. I have never once felt inferior within my time here, and I'm encouraged to succeed as much, if not more, as my male counter parts. My favorite part of Caterpillar is the flexibility of hours, and diversity of thought that exists in teams. I'm able to work in a way that best suites ME! I was very intimated/uninterested in the industry when i started - I actually never thought I'd like working for Caterpillar. However, now I'm loving every day and plan on sticking around!"
