"You need to get a good feel of the family friendly nature of the manager you are going to work for. It isn't a corporate wide culture, it is manager dependent."

"Gender bias is overt. Your opinion does not count as a woman. Men are too busy to do work "housework" so you get to plan events etc."

"There is so much focus on Flexibility / work-life integration and Women in Leadership right now. Below the executive levels, there is lots of opportunity for women. Unfortunately, there is very little focus on women in executive positions. "
