"This is a wonderful place for other women to work. Many staff here are mothers and caretakers themselves, so they understand the need for work/life balance. The staff are all passionate about the mission to protect women's human rights and dignity, and it shows in the ways they treat their colleagues. "

"Parental leave is generous here compared to other employers. They do not require you to use all your vacation days as part of the 12 weeks and holidays where the rest of the office is closed do not count toward your 12 weeks."

"This organization is represented by over 85% women at all levels!!!!! I have never seen this anywhere. Is it a perfect workplace? No.
But the She-ro power I get from working with bad-ass women every day is amazing.
What we all have in common is PASSION for our MISSION, and we are driven to work globally to achieve reproductive rights to reproduce and not reproduce on our terms. A very moving and purposeful environment with caring, passionate, purposeful, and considerate colleagues.
Again, not perfect, but at least willing to promote professional and passionate workspaces for people from global backgrounds."

"The Center's forte is its GENEROUS benefits package with high quality healthcare, dental, and vision. Many staff are here for the benefits package which is frankly unparalleled."

"The turnover rate is extremely high. Take another job offer if you have one. If not, think of working at CRR as a one or two year thing. No one, not even the best employees, has a long-term future there."
