"You're going to love it here! Working here is unlike any other company I've ever worked for. Sure, there is still some room for improvement - but it is recognized and I've not yet met a single person in leadership that doesn't have positive change items at the top of their priority list. Check out the "Top 100" or "Best Places" awards lists: Best for Working Mothers, EDGE Certification, Best Companies for Dads... you'll find us there! "

"Ceridian offers a wide array of careers and tremendous development opportunities. It offers great benefits and programs that make it easier to balance work and family life. There are opportunities to engage in volunteering and helping our community through our employee driven charity, Ceridian Cares. There are affinity groups to help you learn more about what makes us unique, diverse and powerful. I am in awe with the number of women in leadership roles, women that take the time to mentor, coach, support and drive you to become the best version of yourself. I feel empowered to take on challenges and get the support I feel I need to move forward in my career. "

"I have recently returned to work after a year long maternity leave with twin girls and the transition back has been amazing! The support from my manager, my team and everyone around me at the office has been incredible. I love knowing how much Ceridian values a good work-life balance. I am so proud to work here!"
