"Overall Ceridian is a good place to work. I've never had an issue needing flexibility and the people are great.
However, project work is high hours and quite stressful. I also have found that my male counterparts have been promoted much faster and more consistently than women.
Getting promotions and raises is possible, but you need to push and ask multiple times."

"The idea we are working together for a common goal is apparent in every conversation and across all business groups. Investment in people comes in so many forms....meaningful career development programs, opportunities to recognize and be recognized, thoughtful and competitive benefits, exposure to executive leadership without a lot of red tape, having a voice, feeling empowered to do your best. This is a place where greatness is found together and not by singling yourself out."
