"Overall Ceridian is a good place to work. I've never had an issue needing flexibility and the people are great. However, project work is high hours and quite stressful. I also have found that my male counterparts have been promoted much faster and more consistently than women. Getting promotions and raises is possible, but you need to push and ask multiple times."
