"I've worked at Ceridian for a long time and have found from the very beginning a culture that has allowed me to find roles which have challenged and excited me AND allowed me to be the best parent I can be. I tell anyone who asks me about what I love about Ceridian that it's the flexibility. The flexibility to grow and evolve as an employee and the flexibility to be available to my family. I also love the people that I work with - sounds cliché but it's true. I'm surrounded by amazing woman who support me personally and professionally and I have a leader who gets me and allows me to soar. Doesn't really get any better!"

"Choosing Ceridian as my employer has been the best decision I've made in my entire life. The amount of autonomy I receive to do my job is unmatched at any other organization. The leadership team truly believes in the philosophy of giving employees the tools they need and getting out of their way so they can do their job in the way the works best for them. I feel an immense sense of pride working at Ceridian and get the feeling that my work matters. "
