Depending on which group you work with, there are amazing leaders who understand the difficulties of working parents and provide support; however it would be nice if the overall company would support this instead of making it bureaucratic. Also there is no paid parental leave, which holds them back as a great company to work for.

There used to be a strong bench of women execs in the 90s and 2000s but this regressed into white male execs in the latter 2000s - definitely a pity as Schwab was a role model for women leaders in financial services. I hope they come back.
