Employee Resource Groups that promote financial literacy and representation for women: Our Women’s Interactive Network (WINS) Employee Resource Group was created to promote leadership, career development, financial health, and representation for women in finance. Since its formation, WINS has also piloted transformative initiatives like the new Financial Life Planning Month for Women, which focuses on implementing inclusive practices that serve female investors.
Recruitment of women into the financial services industry: Charles Schwab leaders often host site visits for young students to help expose them to Schwab's mission, values, and culture, as well as communicate the many opportunities we provide to people of all backgrounds in the financial services industry.
Building relationships that support women in our communities: As a part of our commitment to serve our communities, local WINS chapters often partner with non-profits like Dress for Success and Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. to host events that promote the financial wellness of women.
