"With the creation of Webex, employees are able to be equally effective and productive as they would be in the office. As an employee of Cisco, I am able to take care of personal tasks when I need to yet still be very productive.

"Cisco really works hard to promotes the growth of their employees. Tons of opportunities to grow your technical knowledge as well as work on interpersonal and personal skills. I believe this to be a direct factor in the success of their people and Cisco as a whole! "

"Be sure to negotiate your salary coming in so your compensation starts higher than what they offer initially. Take advantage of the programs company wide to get to know others outside of your immediate team - there is so much going on if you'd like to get involved!"
