We appreciate all honest and relevant feedback, and no organization our size is perfect on every team no matter how much we aim for that. We will take the substance of the review back to our teams as we continue to strive to be a leader for empowering women in tech. We don't know if you're a current or past employee, but we've made so many strides in the last few years, with even bringing our executive leadership team to 50% women! "Yes, definitely!.
This is by far the best company to work for if you are looking for challenging work where you get to learn greatest and latest technologies in the field and at the same time find good work-life balance. Cisco makes it very easy to accomplish your personal and professional goals seamlessly"
