"This is a great company to work for with an amazing culture - I 100% believe that; however, you must also be prepared for for some of the challenges (and how take them head on) that go along with being part of a large company - slow to react and drive change, politics, etc."

"I have always felt welcome and appreciated by all other cisco employees and never once has my gender been a topic of conversation nor has it been in any subtext in any way. They care about you as a person and are all great people."
