"It is a great place to work and I believe Cisco does everything they can to better themselves within this space. They care about women and equality and show this through their actions. The flexible work hours and working from home make it a lot easier for mothers, as well. "

"Cisco is a hit or miss company, from a culture perspective. The leadership under which you find yourself will absolutely shape - for good or bad - the way in which you see your career prospects either progressing or stalling. There are still a large number of backward thinking higher-ups when it comes to the roles women can and do play in their organizations, and they are not about to go away any time soon. "
