"Great place to work; I've gotten numerous opportunities to challenge myself and move around different groups as I sought my next challenge. The company looks upon internal rotations very favourably and helps enable this for folks who are interested in exploring new areas and growing from it. "

"Cisco is an amazing place to work. While representation could always improve for women in leadership roles (and it better!), Cisco's overall culture definitely promotes diversity at all levels. Cisco is very understanding of the schedules of pregnant persons and new parents as well. I have had two children at Cisco and have always felt supported. "
