"This is a highly conscious culture with a sensitivity to all of their employees' needs. Their pay is equal across gender/race and their leadership is very visible and has the right heart. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. "

"When you are in sales, the customer partially dictates the flexibility aspect and they rarely consider flexibility for the Cisco employee in their requirements. Cisco as a company is incredibly flexible and should be a 5 UNLESS the employee is in pre-sales. And again, that's not Cisco's fault."
