"Be outspoken and fight for what you believe in. Don't let the job get to you personally and try to keep the stress level to a minimum. Use your vacation time and spend lots of time with the family."

"Seek our mentors who you connect with and have attributes/experience/professional presence that interest you (or that you'd like to learn more about): meet with your mentors and don't be afraid to ask questions. If you find yourself under a less-than-supportive manager, seek out others, or sit tight because managers tend to shift around rather frequently here..."
