"I worked here for almost 15 years and I cannot complain about my past experience in the Company. I worked hard, developed myself and grew in different roles with the right support and guidance. Things have changed though through restructuring, reorganizations, not keeping same management and having to build trust over and over again. I really recommend to build strong relationships with upper management, people that inspire you, men and women. Also to never give up going for what you are passionate about and if you don't really know do not give up trying to find it even through trial and error surrounding yourself with mentors and coaches within and outside the company."

"There is no balance. You work long hours. Depending on the team culture they expect you to work all the time. Its hard to set boundaries. At a certain level its about who you know and if you are part of the inner circle."
