"My experience was less than ideal. It came as a surprise to me to learn that, because my base salary was at the top of the pay band, it was capped the entire time I was at the company (more than 3 years). The only oppportunity for a base salary raise would be through a promotion, and there was very limited promomotion potential."

"It is difficult to take time off, flex time is not available and work from home is not promoted. I've made the choice to leave when I know I want to start my family"
