"It depends very much on your manager and then you can get pigeon holed and blocked from progression- still very much the boys club."

"I absolutely love working here. I feel like there really isn't an issue with men/women in my location. There are just as many female senior leaders (if not more) as there are male. Citi feels like one big family, it's very inclusive, and its a diverse place to work."
