"I have enjoyed my time at CNH so far. I have felt supported by my supervisor and have been able to take on more opportunities outside of my role. I feel that the culture at CNH is focused on sustainability, innovation, and accountability. CNH has incredible benefits and the flexibility to work from home in my job is amazing. I would recommend CNH to other women!"

"CNH Industrial is a great place to work if you are looking to grow. I came into the company from a completely different industry and was given opportunities to develop and learn. The company took a chance on me and it has been a great experience. Leadership are taking visible strides to improve D&I in the company and create more opportunities for women in leadership. "

"You need to have thick skin to work here. Achieving results is celebrated - not the journey to get there. In my opinion, having more women working in the organization in leadership roles would help to change the company culture to be more empathetic to the overall employee experience and then doing more to support it."

"Be prepared to be treated differently and when you bring up concerns be prepared for them to not be addressed and have complaints brought up and used against you. "

"In the manufacturing environment the expectation is everyone works are 10-12/ hrs. per day. If you don't and leave at an 8 hour day usually you receive comments like "slacker", " oh isn't it nice to work a half day" and comments of a similar nature. "

You mentioned having more women managers and we agree. That’s why in 2019, the company made a commitment to increasing the number of women managers at CNH Industrial.
