"The culture at CNH Industrial is rapidly evolving since 2020 for the better. There is greater flexibility, but still few women in senior leadership roles. There is opportunity, but you really have to go after it. "

"It's one of the best places I've worked during my over 25-year career. The benefits are great and compensation is fair. The amenities when we are in the office are nice, including a cafe and great coffee. I like the walking space for exercising during lunch."

"The pandemic has changed things. CNH has done a great job recognizing the capabilities of their employees to leave the office and work from home for over a year and keep the business moving forward. I've been really impressed not only with my fellow co-workers, but with the company's spoken words in thanking everyone for the job they are doing. The company is looking at a flexible schedule for when we do go back to the office. Teams has been a great tool for keeping everyone connected."
