"I have worked at the company for about 10 years and have been fortunate to have a variety of official and unofficial mentors throughout the organization to help me grow and advance my career. While the engineering side of the business does reflect a male dominated industry, I do see steps that the company is taking to recognize and overcome unconscious bias in the effort to better balance the employee population."

"The company offers flexible scheduling, but it really depends on your manager, department, and job responsibilities as to how flexible. My experience with the company has been amazing. "
