"It’s a challenging place to work. It requires a lot of deep knowing and self-compassion so that you’re not carried by the tornado of power dynamics, relationships and general aggressiveness. It’s a company that has people truly wanting to create a softer, more empathetic environment - but that vision has many, many challenges in coming to fruition. Be careful joining and work really hard on establishing boundaries so that you can set your own tone for your life balance."
