Women's Job Satisfaction (5=very satisfied)

It's not a great place for women to work. HR is for developing technical talent - not for employee advocacy. Some men treat women very unprofessionally and there's no structure in place to change that.

Depending on the group you work for, you could have a very positive experience or not. The overall culture is very entrepreneurial which is appealing to a great deal of women, but it comes with the challenge to be able to navigate through high ambiguity. It is a very Asian male dominated organization which could bring challenges in the way business is conducted at times.

Maybe. Depending on their line of expertise, and their overall background, Cognizant could be a great place for women to work. Cognizant has an entrepreneurial culture that could be very appealing for most female workers.

The client is king at Cognizant. If you're in a client facing role you could be asked to travel and be in front of the client at any point. It's exhausting. However, working from home is the norm so that provides a lot of flexibility.

Although they have indroduced 9 hour time in office as mandatory, I can reccommend this to women here to apply. Not much of work load if under right project.
