"Out of 70 recent additions of AVP/VPs only 5-6 were women. Out of 70 positions that were men, 85% of those onshore US and offshore India/Europe were of Indian decent. Unjustifiable promotions, nepotism, boys club, unfair hiring practices, women leaders replaced by men, women first to be benched, lack of women in leadership, dismissal of women in leadership, men threatened by women in leadership. Retaliation for being a strong women. "
