"It has flexibility, but like most consultancy firms there is still of a male oriented environment, although women are highly respected and offered equal possibilities to grow."

"maternity leave is 6 weeks with a forced week of vacation leaving it at 5 weeks paid and bonuses are docked because you were on leave. For a large company with a high profile you would think they would consider updating this policy to be more realistic. "
