"Maternity is 6-8 weeks paid, depending on if you have natural or c-section, with 12 total weeks off allowed. Paternity leave is also available, I believe max 2 weeks but this was a new benefit recently so I am not sure. "

"This isn't necessarily typical, but I am dealing with a manager who I think is struggling to feel relevant, is terrible about focusing on critical issues, and doesn't not support escalations. Results in no progress and frustration!"

"They have solid benefits, but nothing stellar for a huge company: two weeks paid maternity leave plus FMLA. They offer telecommuting which is nice, and very flexible hours. Women are treated equally as peers and their opinions are regarded equally with men's, in most cases. There is still a lack of women in leadership positions, but they are working on this actively. Overall, it's a good place to work and offers plenty of opportunities for growth."

"The location is a great place to work and has flexible schedules for women. Often times, work/life balance conversations are focused on women and men who have families. As a woman who is single, I feel like my boss still allows for me to have flexible hours to balance my personal life and schedule, which is great. We have a well equipped gym with towel service, which is helpful for all employees. Lunch is provided everyday, which is helpful!
The specific items that pertain to women specifically is that they offer tampons and pads in the restroom.
For women who decide to have kids, the office is equipped with nursing rooms (and rooms just to decompress). "

"I am fortunate enough to have a supportive manager who is focused on my growth. He makes the time to trust and provide me with the empowerment to get what I need done. He is also really great at breaking down any unnecessary barriers that exist.
Most importantly, I feel heard, which is important when I work with any team, manager, and organization."

"My schedule needs flexibility to balance work and home life and I've never had issues when requesting flexibility. The culture at Continental is fun and yet we get stuff done! They offer many incentives that make it a great place to work."
