"Diversity of women has always been a focus at Continental. Over my 5 years of working there, I continue to see the advancement of women into executive roles grow. Additionally, we promote different initiatives which provide the flexibility that working mothers often need. I think this helps us retain great employees who continue to develop and success within our company."

"Continental is in general very keen on promoting diversity in many aspects, gender diversity included. I feel females are treated equally in compare to their male counterparts. One thing I think the company could consider (at least for its US locations) is to extend the paid parental leave. It would help promoting a healthier work life balance for all genders in the long run."
