"The company has great policies and they are improving flexibility which can be important, but the compensation could be improved and you do not often see females in management/executive positions. "

"Excellent work/life integration. Generous telecommute policy. Onsite Women's Group. Good place to work if you have little desire for upward mobility. "

"It's a great place to work. There's always opportunities to move and try new things. They are very open to supporting career changes, so it's not uncommon to see people with engineering background in HR, or from HR to Controlling. "

"I think in general we have a problem as a country with the support for maternity leave in USA.
In Continental you can take a total of 12 weeks off, but out of there 1 comes out of your PTO, 5 are short term disability and 2 is what they are really offering as a paid benefit. If you want to use the other 4, then it's either PTO or unpaid."
