      "Once you are in it is good. The salary follows a matrix so be sure to start strong as changing jobs requires almost as much work as it does to get hired. There is a one year probation period, but benefits start at 30 days."

      "Be prepared to work as hard as the men at work, but watch them advance through assignments and promotions if you take any time off for maternity leave or change assignments to limit courtroom time. "
