"Cox is an incredible place to work. The company is constantly thinking of new ways to improve the already great employee experience. They made us feel safe and cared for during COVID and now the company is taking a very thoughtful approach to bringing us back to the office while still allowing flexibility. I hope to stay my entire career at this company and that is very doable- there are plenty of career paths that I could pursue and that is encouraged at Cox. Come work here- it is incredible and you won't want to leave!"

"I've been mostly in IT and product management roles and I've seen a good deal of both diversity and inclusion. There are many women managers, including some in higher level roles."

"Cox has been a breath of fresh air. I came to the company somewhat jaded - my previous employer was a horrible place to work, especially for women: harassment, bullying, you name it. I was delighted to find that Cox was the opposite. During my several years here, I have always felt like it is an equitable environment where I am respected and where I can succeed!"

"I tell women all the time how amazing it is to work at Cox. That is part of my job anyway because I am a recruiter. BUT...I believe in this company and what they stand for. I wouldn't encourage women to join a company that I myself would not work for. "

"Cox is very focused in promoting women in non traditional roles. Diversity, Inclusion and Equity is very much a core value at the company. I would like to see more women of color in senior leadership roles but we are making lots of progress."
