"The pandemic has brought out all the ways Cox is willing to flex for employees... flexible schedules, workweeks, work from home or anywhere, understanding of childcare responsibilities...increased medical benefits for Covid including telegraphy and free testing from the beginning."

"There are a lot of inspiring women in leadership at Cox and I've been privileged to work with many of them! I also appreciate that they allow me the flexibility to balance work with the needs of my family and I've never had to feel guilty about making my family a priority when required."

"The Cox culture is great. The company and the Cox family are true stewards in the Atlanta community. We have many women in leadership positions, and I have always felt like I could put my family first when need be. "

"The Cox culture is great. They truly care about their employees and they are very aware of the importance of diversity. I would say that there is a glass ceiling, although they don't want to admit it but if you look at the leadership team, there is only one female executive and she leads People Strategies. This is a little better one level down it is harder for women and POC to get promoted to the highest levels."
