"Cox has been a breath of fresh air. I came to the company somewhat jaded - my previous employer was a horrible place to work, especially for women: harassment, bullying, you name it. I was delighted to find that Cox was the opposite. During my several years here, I have always felt like it is an equitable environment where I am respected and where I can succeed!"

"I tell women all the time how amazing it is to work at Cox. That is part of my job anyway because I am a recruiter. BUT...I believe in this company and what they stand for. I wouldn't encourage women to join a company that I myself would not work for. "

"Cox is very focused in promoting women in non traditional roles. Diversity, Inclusion and Equity is very much a core value at the company. I would like to see more women of color in senior leadership roles but we are making lots of progress."

"The pandemic has brought out all the ways Cox is willing to flex for employees... flexible schedules, workweeks, work from home or anywhere, understanding of childcare responsibilities...increased medical benefits for Covid including telegraphy and free testing from the beginning."

"There are a lot of inspiring women in leadership at Cox and I've been privileged to work with many of them! I also appreciate that they allow me the flexibility to balance work with the needs of my family and I've never had to feel guilty about making my family a priority when required."
