"Overall, Cox is an amazing place to work. They have a wonderful culture, truly do care for their employees, and try to do what is right. They're really working to transform the employee experience and are headed in the right direction. Unlimited PTO, working on a more flex work policy (WFH, different hours, etc.), and new partnerships for discounts. They could improve on some of their benefits - just okay paid parental leave, would love to see fertility treatments covered. The biggest downside I have seen is the lack of upward mobility. It is fairly easy to make lateral moves but because everyone stays for so long, it is near impossible to get an in line promotion. Also, not all decisions are treated the same/equally - some roles don't seem to get posted and others are held to a different standard on who can/cannot apply. It's a bit frustrating but every company will have some things to improve on!"

"Can be great. Great PTO for full time exempt employees and great maternity leave. Some departments better than others. Some long hours are hard for working Mom's."
