"I have felt respected and treated as an equal since day one. I do feel that I have the same opportunities as men, but I am left wondering about the pay differential between men and women - this data is not released or discussed openly. CS measures diversity solely with gender but the good news is that we are moving toward a broader definition of diversity, specifically with our push to hire and promote more black talent in the Americas. I am lucky to have a great manager (who is a man btw) who has acted as a mentor and provided me career development beyond belief, so my positive experience could be more related to my team. There is a good amount of women in senior leadership roles, which is a positive thing to note. I have never at all felt discriminated against by anyone (and mind you this is a global company and we work with others across the globe daily) for my gender. Overall the culture is good for women from my perspective (this is key) - I will be clear and say that I am a white woman, and realizing my privilege, I would be more keen to listen to minority women and hear their experiences. "
