"It is very frustrating at times and you do 2 to 3 jobs at once. You are pulled in many different ways and must get your job done in time. They expect to much from certain people."

"For young women who are single with no children who want a fair paying customer service job I would strongly recommended this company. Training is intensive and you gain vast knowledge of healthcare."
