"This should only be a temporary job. I have worked for this company for about 15 years. When I first started staff was treated well even though men always were paid more even in lower level positions than I was in. The only people who make money are at the corporate level. Most stores run on ridiculously tight budgets both in fs and rx. Front store normally runs with one management and one cashier. However the work load is not reduced. This is also an unsafe situation as we are expected to walk customers to the bathrooms that are not public and are usually far away from both rx and the register areas. Staff is also expected to watch for shoplifting etc...all while greating customers and walking them to items they need and still make sure there is no line at the register. This does not include the normal long list of tasks that must get done to keep a store neat and clean, shelves stocked, cash verified etc etc etc........Run from any offer given by this company. I have only stayed for the medical insurance which is no longer worth while. Raises are often just skipped not that .20 an hour is much help. They also constantly break labor laws. I will be leaving ASAP. What a shame that this company advertises how much they care about people but they don't care for there own staff or worry about safety."

"Be prepared to have no life. Your Dm's will not back you. They degrade you. Their is no work life balance at all! Men get away with murder. Women are treated like dirt. A lot of the "good olé boy" network."

"Weigh all the other options fairly and clearly -this is not the place to be if you're not strong or are lazy! It's tough and it's mean and nobody really cares about you as an individual -just what's good for the company as a whole."

"Its very stress full they always tell you that you will not fail.. But you can totally tell when they want you to fail or when they want to fire you. Sometimes its all you have even though you have put a quite of bit hours there"
