"I've been told by longer tenured female employees that Danaher is light years ahead of where it was even just 5 years ago. The CEO and upper management at all operating companies have performance metrics directly tied to D&I, they publish percentages, and the resource groups for women and other marginalized groups have awesome programming so I'm hopeful over my career I will witness this change continue. I personally have been promoted several times and have been pushed to pursue high-growth opportunities. The most impressive benefit I've used is our membership to Maven. The healthcare app for women. Google it if you're not sure what it is. It has been amazing during my fertility issues. All that said, there are some operating companies under Danaher that are still mostly run by men. There is one with a female President, but they have work to do to continue improve leadership percentages. "

"While Danaher still has a way to go in D+I, it's a great place to work. There's a lot of good support for women to move throughout the organization and great associate resource groups for women, LGBTQIA+, latinx, black, and asian folks. "
