      "Paid is 52 weeks but you only get the last 40 weeks if you return to work full time for double the time you take off. For example if you take 52 weeks off, you have to work full time for 104 weeks in order to get a lump sum payment for the 40 weeks."

      "Degreed genuinely values women and gives them a seat at all the most important tables. It's a scrappy technology company, so it can be a bit of a grind, but they do respect boundaries and there's a culture of candor that allows for setting and vocalizing them."
